- Must be classified as a small and medium business by law.
- Larger businesses may be eligible if the company can lead or support small and medium business tenants inside Gyeonggi Technopark Innovation Cluster.
- Korean branch office, R&D center or lab of foreign companies established to engage in R&D and technology transfer.
- Government - affiliated institution, research center, or non-profit organization
- Applicants considered to be qualified by Gyeonggi Technopark.
